Refund and exchanges policy

Because most of our products are build on demande, we do not accept return on any product,

if the product is damage on the shipment, 

if there is a missing pieces,

if there is a problem with the mancraft product,

we will send you the appropriate replacement part for free as soon as possible.

If you fall on any of theses circumstances, contact us within 30days after you receive the delevery at info@nanookhome.com or call 450-675-8299 (between 9am-6pm est.time)

 

No Refund allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel an order that has already been placed, You Have 24 Hours(No Fee) to contact us at info@nanookhome.com or call 1-450-675-8299 

Please Include your order number , We will review your request and send you an email as soon as possible (maximum 24h)

Cancellation Fee

There is No Fee if you cancel it within 24h,

after 24 Hours there will be 65$ change Fee

If already shipped, not delevery yet 20% of the order as a cancellation fee.

If the Sauna is already out of is crate we do not accept any cancellation

Cancellation on custom items

Because most of our product are build on demande, we cannot cancel these orders or make any refund on it. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Change Policy 

 

You Have 24 hours to make any change in your order, (no Fee).

past 24h you will have to place a second order because we are trying our best to ship as fast as possible!!!
